Consultation

The action or process of formally consulting or discussing.

Example: Let's go to the Library for doing the consultation in city documents.

Noun

The negative aspect of something otherwise regarded as good or desirable.

Example: The main downside of living in the countryside is that you're far from all the new technologies and gadgets.

Halfway

Adverb

At or to a point midway between two others.

Example: Usually, families must achieve a halfway point at important decisions

Hierarchical

Adjective

Of the nature of a hierarchy; arranged in order of rank.

Example: This company have a hierarchical estructure: a boss, some connsultors and the rest of the staff.

In return

Phrase

As a response, exchange, or reward for something.

Example: Let me help you with your homework. In return, you will help me with mine.

Issue

Noun

An important topic or problem for debate or discussion.

Example: The issue of homophobic countries must be solved as soon as possible

Make up my mind

Phrase

Make a decision; decide.

Example: I'm trying to make up my mind before choosing my new apartment.

Retirement

Noun

The action or fact of leaving one's job and ceasing to work.

Example: The retirement's age in Spain is 67 years old.

Move with urgent haste.

Example: He rushed to the accident place to try to help

Place your confidence in someone or something.

Example: If you say to me something, I will trust on you
